Indian Mujahuddin, a banned terrorist organization that has been involved in serial bomb blasts in other parts of India claim responsibility for the blast. They sent an email to media groups five minutes before the blasts, something they have done in the past.

So far, I hear, but it is sad that that so many innocent civilians were killed. There is no justification for it.
